While skipping a tier may reward Smoldering Ashes for Seasonal Blessings, Blizzard has confirmed that those have level requirements to use, so spending real money isn’t necessarily going to get you to Season Blessings any faster than anyone else. You can also use the shop to buy tier skips for 200 Platinum per tier (remember, the Ultimate Edition gets 20 of these skips automatically).
